Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp ginger paste


  • 1 tbsp chilly paste


  • 2 nos onion(sliced)


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp chicken masala


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 3 tsp coriander powder


  • 500 gms chicken liver parts


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, into it pour the ginger and chilly paste along with the curry leaves and stir.
  • To the mix, add sliced onion and salt as required and saute the mix.
  • When it turns golden brown colour, add half tsp turmeric powder,1 tbsp chicken masala,1 tsp chilly powder,1 tsp pepper powder,3 tsp coriander powder.
  • To the mix add the cleansed chicken liver parts and 1 cup of water,stir well and cook it.
  • Spread some coriander leaves over and switch off the flame.
  • Serve Hot
