Heat oil in a pan, into it pour the ginger and chilly paste along with the curry leaves and stir.
To the mix, add sliced onion and salt as required and saute the mix.
When it turns golden brown colour, add half tsp turmeric powder,1 tbsp chicken masala,1 tsp chilly powder,1 tsp pepper powder,3 tsp coriander powder.
To the mix add the cleansed chicken liver parts and 1 cup of water,stir well and cook it.
Spread some coriander leaves over and switch off the flame.
